About Us

We are a family owned business that bases our policies from Christian beliefs and
principals. We strive to give the best and most honest price to our customers and focus on
making them happy and satisfied with our workmanship. We do not lock our customers
in a contract; we believe that if we have disappointed you with our monitoring service and
you would like to move on to a different company that you should have that right. We
want our customers to be happy with our business and do not want to keep them unhappy
in a contract they cannot get out of.

We started the company in 2003 in a little town called Groves, TX, a few miles south of
Beaumont, TX. Our goal is to "bring small town service into the big city." Since then, we
have grown a strong, dedicated partnership with many contractors and business owners in
the Beaumont area and continue to grow. We have recently become incorporated this past
year and have moved a branch to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and have extended our
service out to the Houston area. We hope to form stronger, long-lasting relationships in
these areas in the years to come.

We have worked on diverse projects over the years, installing and servicing fire alarm
systems, fire extinguishers, and security systems in businesses such as: Home Depot,
Circuit City, Claire's, Pier 1 Imports, Lowes, Pet Smart, Best Buy and many more,

Gale and Kyle are superior providers of service for Fire Protection
repairs. Excellent and accurate troubleshooting is one of the hallmarks
of this company. On time performance has been excellent in my
