Service Offered
We offer monitoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a
year for security systems. Our central monitoring station is US Five
Diamond Certified and only uses the best equipment available in the
market today. The staff is highly trained to react to signals fast and
efficiently. These professionals are also bi-lingual in English and
Spanish to meet the needs of more customers. Whenever a signal is
sent to the central station, the proper authorities will be sent
immediately.

The system will monitor and log multiple information, including: all
the signals ever sent to the central station accompanied with the time
and date sent, the device that sent the signal, and its location; the
individual who either put the system on test or completely shut off the
system; and the individual who armed and disarmed the alarm, along
with the date and time. It is important to make sure the central
station is receiving the correct signals when the system is first
installed. Any falsified information can cause an individual to be
wrongly accused or not be able to file the correct report with the police.
The monitoring station has multiple back-up systems if the station
ever fails in a power outage to ensure that your building is always
protected.
False Alarms
Most of the police departments called to an emergency turn out to be
a false alarm. It is extremely important to try to prevent any false
alarms. Most cities will issue a fine to the owner after zero to three
false alarms depending on the city regulations. When a technician is
inspecting or servicing a security system, it is their responsibility to
put the system on test. On the other hand, it is the owner's
responsibility to have their system put on test if they do any testing
or inspecting on their own. With a security system, it is a good idea
to test your own system at least once a year if not more often to
make sure everything is running properly, since it is not required to
be inspected by a technician.
Permits
Most cities require a security system permit for the ower to operate a
security system. These permits can usually be filled out at your local
police department and prices will vary in each city. Many times if you
do not purchase the permit and renew it yearly, then the police
department will not dispatch to your building, even if you have been
on time with the monitoring payments.
Payments
One of the biggest refreshing differences between our company and
others is that we do not lock you in a contract. Our monitoring
payments are made on a monthly basis, so if you decide to stop the
monitoring for any reason, then the system will stop being monitored
at the end of the month. Other companies claim they do not make
you sign a contract, but you must pay four months at a time, so it's as
if you are signing a four month contract.
